Karaleigh is a natural holistic coach- her voice is warm, supportive and filled with light and hope, and her immediate goal in every conversation is to spread that warmth and hope to someone else. We exchanged messages because I had a big life decision to make, and she was able to read between the lines and identify my possible fears and ask thought provoking questions- a lot more head on, hands on help than a lot of therapists. 5 minutes of coaching with Karaleigh illuminated things about my current situation that didn’t come up in any of my meditations, breathwork, or conversations with other people.
