Karaleigh grew up with a love of people, creativity, and performing. She carried this love into college, where she graduated from Brigham Young University in 2021 with a double major in Family Studies (emphasis in sewing) and Theatre Studies (emphasis in costume and makeup design). Immediately after graduation, Karaleigh joined a private program where she learned music production skills, which helped her record and produce her debut album Seeking Sunshine in 2023 and begin her podcast journey. She now has two podcasts, multiple albums, and teaches in the theatre department at BYU. 

While Karaleigh is passionate about many things, her family is the most important of them all. She has been married to her amazing husband Jacob for more than 16 years and together they have 3 wonderful children. They have been through a lot together, with Jacob facing disability for the last decade and all three kids on the autism spectrum, but they are in it for the long haul no matter what life throws their way.  Karaleigh’s family has taught her how to be resilient, flexible, and what’s actually the most important. They help her show up as her best- and sometimes messiest- every day. As long as she shows up for them, that’s what really counts.
